Freddy’s crew framed and hung just over 40,000 sq ft across three floors and never once held up our MEP trades. Clean lines, tight schedule, and the shortest punch list we’ve had all year.

Healthcare work leaves no room for shortcuts. Their fire-rated assemblies passed inspection the first time, and the foreman sent us a progress update every single afternoon.

We got three quotes for our basement. Freddy’s was the only team that explained the difference between a Level 4 and Level 5 finish — and the walls came out flawless. They even cleaned up better than we expected.

Selective demo, framing, drywall and paint under one contract saved us weeks of coordination. We’ve already awarded them our next two tenant improvements.

They worked around occupied units for six weeks without a single resident complaint. Dust control, quiet hours, daily cleanup — genuinely professional from start to finish.
